We are currently seeking a confident and motivated individual to join our Engineering Department in the role of Manager Operations reporting to the Director Engineering.
The Manager Operations will play a pivotal role in overseeing the City's Operations teams located at the City’s works Depot which includes:
- Roads maintenance
- Parks Maintenance
- Fleet Management
- Workshop
- Sports Turf Maintenance
- Roads construction
- Reserve Maintenance
- Golf Course maintenance
This position involves Managing a number of works teams and ensuring the highest standards possible whilst being accountable for a Multi million dollar budget.
We are looking for strong leader that has well developed Strategic Leadership, Team Management, Project Management, Community Engagement and Continuous improvement skills.

Salary and BenefitsSalary ranges between $149,284 to 160,365.
Remuneration will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
