- Partner with the business to drive positive people outcomes and metrics.

What will you be doing:
- Work with the General Manager Corporate Services to drive successful implementation of cultural transformation initiatives.
- Partner with the business to ensure successful embedding of initiatives that meet operational requirements and measure the results.
- Partner with the business to case manage employee relations matters.
- Assist in the management of IR issues and EA implementation and advice.
- Work with the People & Culture team to ensure successful delivery of all project streams, ensuring a consistent national approach.
- Work with the respective Marine teams to ensure effective rostering practices and maintained.
- With the assistance of the National Travel Coordinator, manage the travel function across Sea Swift.
What we require from you:
- Proven experience in partnering with an organisation to deliver successful outcomes.
- Demonstrated success in improving People & Culture metrics.
- Track record in driving project implementation throughout a business.
- Ability to case manage ER matters, including conducting workplace investigations.
- Previous experience within unionised workforce.
- Experienced in talent mapping and succession planning desirable.
- Rostering experience is desirable.
