Administration Officer

Shiels Group is looking for a highly motivated and organised Administration Officer with a go-getter attitude to join our Marketing team on a casual basis for 15-20 hours a week.
With your proven Excel skills and a passion for delivering exceptional service, you will be responsible for communicating promotions, providing support to our national store network, and supporting the Marketing Team in a variety of administration tasks.
The Role:
Store communications including memos, emails and phone calls
Fulfill store requests of marketing materials
Manage stock levels of marketing materials including audits and ordering
Assist with campaign briefs and templates
Update marketing schedules and calendars
Assist with coordinating special events and promotions
Invoice tracking
Ad hoc reporting and administration as required
About You:
Upbeat, positive, can-do attitude
Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Highly organised
Love a fast paced, hands-on environment
Customer service/retail experience highly regarded
