About The Role And Team:
We are excited to offer an opportunity for a Marketing Administrator to join our Marketing & Business Development Team. The team collaborates on client engagement, branding and design, bid management, copywriting, event strategy, planning and delivery, content creation, award submissions, digital marketing, and media relations.
Based in our Perth office, this role is central to supporting the marketing and administration needs of our head of marketing, as well as the requirements of our Perth and regional offices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in business development and marketing initiatives, executing planned actions.
- Manage the creation, scheduling, and delivery of content across social media channels.
- Support the preparation and submission of entries for directories and awards, including tracking outcomes.
- Develop and update marketing materials such as credentials, brochures, flyers, and signage.
- Coordinate marketing activities related to business and industry associations, including events and sponsorships.
- Conduct research specific to clients, industries, or practice areas.
- Organise client events in Perth, from guest list management to logistics coordination and assisting in event delivery.
- Handle general administrative tasks, including invoice processing, data analysis, and reporting on digital and social media metrics.
Skills And Experience:
- Tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience in marketing, business, or a related field.
- Exceptional administrative abilities and attention to detail.
- Experience in event management, preferably within an in-house or hospitality setting.
- Proven track record in a high-performance team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, Adobe Creative Suite, and Canva.
- Proficient working with CMS to update website content
- Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work under pressure.
- Proactive, with strong problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable interacting with individuals at all levels within the business.
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience working with CMS to update website content a bonus
