Full Time Marketing / Business Development Manager
We are currently seeking an exceptional individual to take on the role of Marketing / Business Manager. Join our team and shape the future of educational growth and assist in the strategic planning of our school.
The main duties of this position include but not limited to the following:
· Executive and Strategic leadership
· Effective operation of business services including IT, property, capital works, administration and risk and compliance.
· Building Partnerships with educational organisations to enhance collaboration and support
· Enrolment Strategies: by developing and implementing effective strategies to attract new students, including marketing campaigns and outreach programs.
· Revenue Growth: Identify opportunities for revenue generation, such as fundraising, sponsorships, and partnerships, to support the school's financial goals.
· Market Research: Stay informed about educational trends, competitor activities, and community needs to make informed decisions and stay competitive.
· Community Engagement: Foster positive relationships with parents, alumni, and local communities to create a strong network and support system for the school.
· Brand Building: Contribute to building and maintaining a positive image of the school through branding, marketing, and promotional activities.
· Collaboration with Academic Teams: Work closely with academic leaders to align Business Development strategies with the school's educational mission and goals.
· Event Planning: Organize and participate in events, workshops, and professional development sessions to up skill the staff.
· Admissions Support: Collaborate with admissions teams to streamline enrolment processes and ensure a smooth transition for new students.
· Budget Management: Oversee and manage budgets related to Business Development activities, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
The Business Manager is expected to exhibit the following qualities and competencies:
· Leadership, resilience and be a good communicator both orally and in writing.
· A very good manager of people.
· A firm belief in, and commitment to, the mission and vision and Core values of the School and an ability to articulate and promote these.
· Demonstrate good, planning, administration, and finance skills.
· Sound experience and expertise in business services.
· Developed computer skills with experience in relevant software including Microsoft Office, or the ability to acquire.
· Participate in different Professional Learning activities that the school offers.
· Demonstrate an understanding of key priorities of the legal requirements surrounding child safety.
Remuneration:
What We Offer:
· Competitive salary and benefits package ($70,000 - $85,000 per annum), commensurate with experience.
