Marketing Co-Ordinator
We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and innovative Marketing Co-Ordinator to join our team in this newly created permanent part time role of 25 hours per week. You will be responsible for conceptualising and implementing effective marketing campaigns.
Your key responsibilities involve designing and managing our marketing calendar, creating engaging promotional materials and actively contributing to the development of our digital marketing strategies ensuring cohesive brand management across all business units for The Prop House Collective.

What will you do?
- Design and implement marketing campaigns and strategies to drive brand awareness and sales.
- Develop, design and deliver holistic digital marketing plans for each sector of the business ensuring cohesive brand management across all platforms – website, social media channels and email campaigns.
- Evaluate and analyse data to measure the success of marketing tactics and make data-driven changes to drive improvements accordingly.
- Create compelling content for marketing related publications in newsletters, journals and magazines.
- Design, gather content and write creative content for The Prop House Collective annual magazine ensuring collaboration across all business units.
- Increase conversions and customer engagement online and in-store foot traffic.
- Plan, promote and organise successful showroom events, such as panel talks, VIP shopping exclusives, Workshops, Santa visits to increase brand awareness.
- Develop systems and processes to manage new product uploads and releases, regular merchandising updates and calendar launches.
- Proactively build rapport with potential client base for business growth.
About You
- High proficiency with Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEO.
- Familiar with design tools including Canva and Vision 6
- In depth knowledge of social and content marketing, digital trends and best practices
- Experience developing and executing marketing and business development strategies.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills with attention to detail.
- Strong brand management skills
- Experience with identifying emerging ecommerce trends.
- Experience with Shopify desirable.
- Experience in sales, events and retail sectors highly desirable.
- Great organisational, prioritisational skills with the ability to multi-task.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Positive ‘can do’ attitude, a strong work ethic and a sense of professionalism.
- Self-driven with initiative to problem solve.
- Ability to proactively manage and forecast business unit budget.
