The Role
This sophisticated organisation is seeking the support of a Marketing and Communications Manager who can create, build and rollout key marketing strategies to assist in the growth and awareness of their brand.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Oversee website to optimise SEO performance
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with company's vision.
- Evolve brand identity, stories and marketing plans
- Drive brand visibility and industry recognition through strategic campaigns and initiatives.
- Implement lead generation strategies to expand the client base and fuel business growth.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to maximize commercial opportunities and extend reach.
- Create engaging content to captivate audiences
- Implement and utilize marketing technology platforms to optimize campaign performance and efficiency.
- Write creative copy and create engaging campaigns
- Create, and implement marketing strategy across the core business
- Implement strategies and campaigns to attract new investors and opportunities
About You
- Relevant Tertiary qualification
- Experience within a Property or Funds Management setting (not essential)
- Previous experience creating and implementing brand new marketing strategies
- Experience working with senior leadership in an advisory capacity
- Experience managing creative agencies
- Experience managing junior staff
- Possession of a creative flair and thinking outside the box
