The opportunity
As we continue to grow, we have an exciting opportunity available for an enthusiastic, experienced Marketing & Communications Manager to lead our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for proactively leading a professional team of four whom support our corporate brand along with tailoring exceptional support and services to our national network of advisers across Australia.

Responsibilities
Reporting to the MD, at high level your core responsibilities will include:
- the development and implementation of a comprehensive marketing framework including annual plans and initiatives aligned with our growth strategy,
- management and oversight of all marketing collateral and communications
- collaboration with internal teams to develop and enhance our value proposition, identify target audiences, and build relevant programs
- designing, building, and implementing new initiatives
- writing, sourcing, and producing content for financial planners and clients.
- total management of our digital marketing world including web site management and innovation.
Requirements
- Exposure to the financial services / planning industry
- Knowledge of financial planning processes
- Minimum 5 years relevant management experience
- Minimum 10 years in related Marketing / Communications roles
- Appropriate Tertiary qualifications
- Strong leadership capabilities
- Exceptional understanding of core marketing and communications strategies and their varied delivery mediums
- Proven capability to innovate and develop
- Quality writing skills
- Strong technology and computer literacy skills. Including use of InDesign, Mailchimp, Survey Monkey & Adobe Pro
- Excellent relationship management and communication skills
- Proven organisational skills
- The ability to work to and manage competing deadlines
This is a permanent full-time position based at our Head Office in Bourke Street Melbourne.
