About the job:
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, Marketing Coordinator is responsible for supporting and managing marketing assets and channels for the brands distributed by Henzoll.
The candidate should have a strong understanding of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to coordinate a range of digital, print, and trade show activities to create brand awareness and generate leads for the sales team.
Area of responsibilities:
Strategy & Planning
• Assist with campaign planning process & asset distribution.
• Support internal campaign briefing and tracking.
• Maintaining and managing marketing activities schedules.
• Work with global team to ensure the deliverability of on-brand assets.
• Coordinating with media partners to ensure the quality and timely delivery of deliverables.
• Assist with analysing marketing data and optimising marketing campaign.
Content Creation
• Email marketing
• Support social media team with content creation - video and photography.
• Digital ads management and creation – SEM, FB Ads, Google Ads.
• Website / ecommerce management and maintenance.
• Digital/hard copy magazine editorials.
• Support sales team with retailer assets including new product launch packs, in-store assets, and window displays.
Graphic Design
• Product Catalogue & flyers
• Ensure brand creatives to be align with brand guideline.
About You:
• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 2+ years’ experience in Marketing, preferably in baby product industry.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with other team members, media partners, and other stakeholders.
• Proficient in using digital marketing tools such as shopify, klaviyo, Canva, and GA4.
• Experience in email marketing
• Experience in digital ads.
• Experience in website management.
• Experience with the Adobe Suite (Photoshop/InDesign/Illustrator/Premier)
• Experience with Chinese social media platforms is a plus.
• Proficient in operating platforms such as MS Office.
• Capable of generating insightful reports.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing plans.
• Creative thinker and team player with can-do attitude and attention to detail.
Salary: 70-75k + Super.
Location: Chatswood, Sydney.
