About ABC Audiences

ABC Audiences is made up of a passionate group of marketing, brand, creative, audience experience, UX and audience insights specialists who have audiences at the heart of all they do. They're responsible for leading the ABC’s brand and audience strategies, acquiring and engaging audiences both within our broadcast and digital ecosystems and working collaboratively with partner divisions to lead an integrated approach to audience insights, branding, acquisition and retention strategies, and communication.

About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Coordinator who is an enthusiastic all-rounder, keen to contribute to the success of Children and Family content across the ABC. The Marketing Coordinator will provide marketing support to help develop and execute strategic, creative, effective and integrated marketing campaigns for ABC Children’s TV programs and channels. Reporting to the

Marketing Manager, you will:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to assist in the development and delivery of communications & marketing plans.
• Coordinate assets, creative requirements lists, communication plans, reports and post analysis reviews of all marketing activity.
• Coordinate approvals and feedback for all assets, liaising with all stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of campaign elements.
• Assist with the creation and publication of e-newsletter and social media assets for marketing campaigns, including image and video editing as required.
• Provide marketing and administrative support to the Marketing Manager and team as required.

About You

With experience in coordinating marketing campaigns across platforms and demonstrated knowledge of digital and social media trends, you will be an effective multi-tasker, with a proactive work approach and an interest in Children’s content. To be successful in this role you will also bring:

• Strong written and oral communication skills, high level attention to detail, and the ability to communicate to and work effectively with people of all levels.
• The ability to make sound judgements, prioritise and solve problems in a dynamic work environment.
• Demonstrated ability to apply or adapt to software applications, including Premiere Pro, After Effects and Photoshop, CRM systems, social media, Google Analytics and ABC systems.
