Our small but skilled marketing team is part of a larger business group that has been steadily growing and evolving.
Due to recent growth, we are expanding our team and looking for the right person to help us coordinate and streamline our marketing activities.
About the Position:
The ideal candidate would be considered a marketing ‘all-rounder’ with strong administrative, organisational and communication skills and a creative mind.
They must be able to juggle multiple clients, delegate and manage assignments, and keep strategic account plans on track. Being a team player is of the utmost importance with the ability to take direction and support the everyday running of the department, and communicate effectively with team members, clients and stakeholders.
Key responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and development of marketing campaigns and events
- Provide a high level of administrative support across a variety of projects
- Market research and analysis
- Client liaison and communication
- Organise and assist the team with everyday tasks
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
Key skills and qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role
- Passion for marketing and a creative mindset
- High level of computer literacy
- Ability to multi-task and action constructive feedback
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively
- Impeccable time-management and organisational skills
- Great communication and interpersonal skills
Desirable skills and qualifications
- Event planning experience will be an advantage
- Qualifications in a relevant field such as event management or business administration
- Media planning & scheduling experience
- Graphic design
