Marketing Coordinator

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Marketing Coordinator to join our expanding team. The successful candidate should be a strong team player who makes sure everything from campaigns and events to research gets done on time.         

The role

As a Marketing Coordinator, you are the driving force within the Agricultural Solutions business unit, responsible for conceptualizing and implementing effective marketing campaigns. Your key responsibilities involve managing our marketing calendar, creating engaging promotional materials, and actively contributing to the development of our (digital) marketing strategies.

The role will include (but not be limited to):

• Design and implement marketing campaigns and strategies to drive brand awareness and sales.
• Manage the marketing calendar in alignment with the approved marketing strategy.
• Analyze marketing data and KPIs to measure campaign effectiveness and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.
• Create compelling content for various marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and website.
• Assist with marketing related publications in journals, magazines and newsletters.
• Support the Sales Team with Sales & Marketing administration. 
• Assist in the planning and execution of events, trade shows, and promotional activities.
• Assist in the development of the global and local marketing strategy and budget.
• Manage and update social media accounts, including scheduling posts and responding to comments.
• Managing and updating the Draslovka Website.
• Working with external vendors and agencies for various marketing activities
• Work closely with cross-functional teams such as sales and operations to ensure cohesive messaging and branding.

To be successful you will have:

• A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media, Communication, or a related field.
• Proven experience in marketing, preferably in a B2B or chemical industry setting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and editing skills.
• Proficiency in marketing tools and software, such as Adobe Creative Suite.
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent organization skills with the ability to work independently and multi-task in a team environment.
• Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms such as social media management tools and analytics.
