ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for someone preferably on a full-time basis based at our Horsham location.

The role focuses on creating marketing and promotional collateral for the Marketing and Sales teams at Oscar Group. The marketing materials includes product brochures, user manuals, packaging and labelling, POS merchandise, display specifications, web listings, social posts, training materials and courses, demonstration scripts and more. 

This will also extend to more general retail merchandising and briefs.

In this role, some of your responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

• Maintain consistent Oscar Group brand/image voice across product lines, digital platforms, events, promotional materials, and throughout company departments.
• To develop and deliver promotional activity to grow brand awareness and generate quality leads. 
• Lead the design, production, and distribution of collateral and promotional materials to aid marketing and sales programs. 
• Developing visual merchandising; guides, specifications and designs.
• Work with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
• Maintain targeted promotional content for website, digital platforms, hard copy, and blogs. 
• Create, build, and manage the digital image and marketing asset library.
• Evaluate analytics from website and other Oscar Group digital platforms then modify promotional material accordingly. 
• Measure and report on key marketing metrics.
• Support eCommerce (ECOm) online activity with relevant promotional material.
• Supporting Product Managers with all aspects of product launches

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Relevant tertiary qualification or experience e.g., ecommerce, business, or marketing
• Strong copywriting and creative writing skills
• Ability to plan, coordinate and execute on marketing projects and communications. 
• Proven experience in growth companies
• Managed multiple brands across website and social media channels
• Preferred not required, experience with Mailchimp, Umbraco, and Adobe suite.
• Experience working with an ecommerce/retail combined business.
• You are a strong, clear & concise communicator.
• You are organised & efficient, with a strong focus on achieving results
