Form of workShondel is looking for a new member to join our small and passionate team based in Perth.
We are looking for an enthusiastic & motivated individual, to take the brand to the next level. This person will be responsible for driving our creative and tactical marketing strategies, visual communication, branding and digital media.
This position is an integral and crucial part of driving the brands growth globally.
The role is office based from our headquarters in Osborne Park.
Key Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies globally
- Guide & continuously review digital marketing strategy & budgets
- Management of Klaviyo flows, campaigns, and promotion roll outs
- Working collaboratively with our Design Manager and Director on brand activity
- Work closely with Director and manage in house PR strategies
- Create visual branding concepts for website, packaging, pr materials and digital ads.
- Implement our company's social media platform strategy / calendar including instagram, facebook, pinterest & tiktok.
- Creating engaging content, copywriting for all posts, creation of stories and reels, overseeing content plans for effective brand engagement
- Coordinate website, promotions, and visuals in line with business goals
- Create and manage loyalty programmes
Our ideal candidate would have:
- Minimum 2+ years of Digital Marketing & Ecommerce experience in the fashion industry
- Adobe Skills - Photoshop, Illustrator & InDesign or Canva is essential
- Extensive Klaviyo experience
- An understanding and alignment with our brand aesthetic
- Experience with META ads & Pinterest ads
- Excellent grammar and copywriting skills
- Excellent time management skills and ability to work under tight deadlines
- Proven experience driving online growth
- Experience with paid SMS messaging and loyalty programmes
- Good creative eye for branding & bringing the brands vision to life
- Highly organised, self-initiative, logical, responsible and detail focused
- Degree or certification in Graphic Design or Marketing is favoured.
