The Marketing and Communications team are passionate about promoting vocational pathways as a smart career choice for school leavers and adult learners - and we're looking for a Marketing Coordinator who can contribute to the success of our marketing initiatives.
You'll play a key role in ensuring campaigns run smoothly. You'll have an eye for detail, thrive working in a fast pasted environment and love to problem solve.
Analysing and interpreting data brings great joy, and you'll use your tech skills by using a variety of digital platforms and tools to support campaign activities.
About You
You'll have experience in coordinating campaign logistics, analysing data to support decisions relating to marketing priorities and targets, and monitoring campaign budgets.
You'll be a self-driven individual who understands the importance of collaboration to influence a positive outcome.
Above all, you're a team player, who will ensure all marketing and communication activities are aligned to strategic objectives and adhere to brand guidelines.
To be successful in this role, you will have: * Demonstrated relevant experience in a marketing coordination role or equivalent competence gained through any combination of education, training or experience.
- Demonstrated ability to analyse data from a range of sources and develop reports in support of decision making related to organisational marketing priorities and targets.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively coordinate marketing activities and campaigns within given timelines and available resources.
- Proven ability to work effectively both as part of a team and independently, with initiative, meeting tight deadlines and self-motivation to innovatively complete projects and explore opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to provide effective customer service and support to stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven capacity to manage own performance, including the ability to exercise initiative, adapt to changing circumstances, problem solve and make decisions within delegated level of responsibility.
If you are successful in obtaining a role with TasTAFE, you will need to hold, or obtain, the following:
- Current Registration to work with vulnerable people in Tasmania.
- A relevant formal tertiary qualification.
- Experience in a marketing role.
- Ability to undertake intrastate travel.
