The Role
We are looking for a Marketing & E-Commerce Coordinator, full time or 3 days a week, who is an organised go-getter, and thrives on working within a small collaborative team. Each day is different in our Banksmeadow head-office, so you will have to be an all-rounder who is happy to mix up your days to suit the demands of our business. Ideally you will have 2+ years experience within a Marketing and Digital role for a fashion wholesale / retail brand.
Responsibilities will include:
• Managing website content
• Crafting compelling copy for EDMs, and social media
• Nurturing and expanding our social media presence on Instagram, Facebook and similar platforms
• Creating and executing digital campaigns with a keen eye on creativity and analytics
• Managing and optimising digital marketing channels
• Writing website content and designing page layouts and banners
• Developing and implementing a marketing and social media strategy in line with Alquema's business goals
• Assisting in website maintenance and content development
• Engaging with our community, answering comments, and fostering participation in social communities
Required Skills & Experience:
• It is essential to have experience with the Adobe suite, including Illustrator, InDesign & Photoshop
• A good understanding of Later, Canva, Shopify & Marsello
• Knowledge of all social media platforms utilized by the fashion industry, in Australia and internationally
• Highly developed skills in writing compelling and captivating copy
• An understanding of marketing a high-end brand in fashion
• Have a positive, energetic and enthusiastic personality, essential to ensuring our exceptional level of professionalism and customer service
• Be adaptable, resilient to change, pay attention to detail and take ownership of your part of the business
• Ability to build effective and influential relationships in a cross-functional team environment
• Strength in planning, time management and working pro-actively with the ability to prioritise and not lose sight of marketing objectives
