The Role:
- Collaborate with the Marketing teams and service lines to enhance the Marketing function within the Residential Projects team in VIC
- Create Information Memorandums using InDesign
- Aid in the production of corporate and team promotional marketing materials
- Manage online presence on commercial Real Estate platforms
- Enhance overall marketing quality through innovative initiatives and leading marketing techniques
- Design website and social media graphics and content, ensuring high accuracy and adherence to deadlines
- Utilize the company CRM and Salesforce systems to support marketing campaign delivery
- Assist in developing marketing collateral and templates
- Assist with campaign briefs, design, and publication
- Efficiently process and prepare client marketing budgets and invoices
- Design property marketing materials such as brochures, EDM flyers, and necessary property collateral
- Produce high-quality invitations and event collateral
- Perform ad hoc property marketing mark-ups and illustrated maps
- Undertake administrative tasks and support administration staff as needed
The Candidate:
- Prior experience in a Marketing Manager role within the Property Industry
- Experience with MS Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite
- Ability to interpret and analyze marketing data to make informed decisions
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a deadline-driven environment
- Excellent writing and proofreading skills
