About the role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Manager to join our growing team. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for supporting and leading the marketing department in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, events, and initiatives.
About You
We are looking for our shining star with high degree of marketing skills, who will be responsible for the development, management and execution of the organization’s strategic marketing framework. This includes a range of plans to support the brand’s overall strategy, communications, business development, service delivery and events, while maximizing the potential of the brand, and that our image and visual identity is reflected consistently and positively in the wider community.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Coordinate the production and distribution of marketing materials, including print and digital assets
- Manage social media accounts and create engaging content for each platform
- Plan and execute events, including trade shows, conferences, and webinars
- Conduct market research and analyze data to inform marketing strategies
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of marketing budgets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and product development, to ensure alignment on marketing initiatives
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and strategies
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in marketing
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
- 2-3 years of experience in marketing or a related field
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience with social media management and content creation
Seeking someone who will join on a part time basis 2 days per week in view of full time in 6 months.
