This role is a dream for a skilled and motivated Marketing Manager.
In this role, you will be primarily responsible for key marketing strategies and brand presence across a range of pillars:
- You’ll lead the Brand Strategy, developing and executing a cohesive approach that aligns with the companies values, mission and target audience, ensuring consistency in brand messaging, visual identity, tone of voice across all channels and touch points
- You’ll develop and implement an engaging organic social media strategy to build brand awareness, community engagement and website traffic
- Develop and execute a PR strategy to drive positive and engaging coverage within target audiences
- Build an influencer strategy to expand brand reach, drive engagement and increase conversions
- Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy that supports the brands objectives and engages target audiences across various channels – optimising for SEO along the way
- Develop and manage a Print Strategy that complements digital marketing efforts and reaches target audiences through traditional channels
- Something we know you’ll be excited about – developing and implementing a sustainability strategy that aligns with the companies values and aligns with environmentally conscious consumers
- Plan and execute compelling brand campaigns and major sales promotions to drive engagement, conversions and revenue, working with the eCommerce Manager to ensure all channels reflect that strategy
- Build a referral strategy that incentivizes customer referrals and a loyalty program that rewards loyal customers
- Develop and execute a paid social media strategy that targets brand and sales growth prioritising ROAS
- Develop and execute an email marketing strategy that nurtures leads, engages customers and drives sales across both wholesale and retail arms of the business
- Work closely with the eCommerce Manager, Warehouse Manager, Product Manager and Senior Leadership team in weekly HOD meetings to drive commercial results as per the company strategy
- Manage a $1mil marketing budget and a team of 4 direct reports (head of social, content creator, marketing assistant and marketing intern
- Report on results and be the source of truth for all aspects of marketing of this growing brand
- You thrive under pressure and enjoy being a key team member responsible for a brands online presence and workflow management to drive conversions across channels
- You love to share ideas and innovative concepts to add value to the business
- You’re a self-sufficient self-starter, with the ability to schedule your day and week around opportunities that arise
- You can problem-solve, open doors to experts and manage relationships with complex needs
- You are a positive and collaborative team member
- You want to work for a business that invests in its people and their development – a place where you will grow
- You must have experience in Marketing leadership roles within a retail business
- Proven experience managing various stakeholders, team members and external contacts
- Experience leading strategy and working with senior leadership
- Experience working across all marketing channels and reporting on marketing performance using Google Analytics and providing detailed sales results
