About the role
You will use your creative flair to contribute to traditional and digital marketing campaigns, and events. You will ensure the quality and brand consistency, across artwork, communication, and Marketing Projects administration. We are looking for someone who is highly organised, passionate about marketing and someone who thrives when seeing a project out from concept to execution.
In this role you will:
- Work closely with the Marketing Manager to execute marketing campaigns, ensuring that projects are aligned with Brow Code's brand vision and objectives.
- Coordinate project timelines, tasks, and deliverables, using project management tools such as Asana to maintain clear communication and accountability across the team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of integrated marketing and creative initiatives.
- Monitor project progress, identifying potential roadblocks and proactively implementing solutions to keep projects on schedule.
- Providing support to the Marketing and Creative team in the development of assets as required.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions, providing creative input and ideas that enhance the effectiveness of marketing strategies.
- Supporting management with the coordination of marketing and creative events and product launches, ensuring all logistical details are in place for successful execution.
- Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, promoting effective communication and ensuring all team members are well-informed about project updates.
About you
- A bachelor's degree in marketing, or a related field.
- Previous experience (2+ years) in marketing coordination.
- Proficiency in project management tools, preferably Asana, and the ability to organise tasks, timelines, and deliverables.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in project execution.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, enabling effective collaboration across cross-functional teams.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high standard of work.
- Familiarity with content creation, copywriting, and visual asset development.
- Problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate challenges and proactively find solutions.
- Understanding of marketing principles and an eagerness to contribute creative ideas to campaigns.
