As the Marketing Specialist, you will support the Campaigns Manager and National Marketing Manager with responsibilities including:
- Immerse yourself in the intricacies of our 12-month promotion calendar, conducting thorough research and leveraging data-driven insights to shape our campaign strategies.
- Collaborate closely with both internal teams and external partners to conceptualize, develop, and execute end-to-end campaigns across a variety of channels, ensuring that every initiative aligns with our strategic objectives and brand vision.
- Serve as the guardian of compliance, working diligently with our legal department to meticulously define the Terms and Conditions for all campaigns and promotions.
- Take the reins on coordinating captivating photoshoots, from sourcing talent and booking locations to liaising with suppliers and ensuring all shoot requirements are met.
- Become the go-to guru for all things marketing collateral, from collating Point-of-Sale briefs and sourcing quotes to compiling store lists and overseeing distribution logistics.
- Elevate our internal and external communications efforts by crafting compelling messaging that resonates with our multi-site Franchise Partners, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
Who We're Looking For:
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar role, paired with a relevant degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Creative thinkers with an eye for detail.

- Digital-savvy individuals with a keen understanding of end-to-end campaign execution and media landscape dynamics
