Our Marketing Specialist is an enthusiastic professional and integral functioning member of the team, responsible for building and engaging the company’s customer base, as well as executing effective marketing strategies to promote the long-term growth of our firm.
The successful candidate will be working collaboratively with external advisors and management teams to achieve growth objectives. Importantly, you will be comfortable managing confidential issues and handling business sensitive matters.
Responsibilities include
Managing end-to-end marketing campaigns, including creating creative and digital content, budgeting, approvals, reporting, and optimization to achieve business targets and maximize ROI.
Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, to ensure alignment and integration of marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
Conducting market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth, market trends and consumer preferences.
Collaborating with external agencies to execute key projects such as events, social media campaigns, public relations and creative initiatives.
Developing, delivering, and measuring the results of below-the-line campaigns, product marketing, and event promotion. From maintenance of all marketing channels and collateral, including website, brochures, product catalogues, presentation decks, and printed and digital promotional materials.
Contributing to brand development through innovative strategies, ensuring brand consistency across all marketing elements, and identifying partnership opportunities to maximize brand impact.
Assisting the Events team in resource planning, vendor coordination, logistics, program development, event evaluation, liaison, and marketing.
Collaborating with external stakeholders in ensuring sponsorship requirements are met.
Developing and implementing marketing strategies for products, including establishing partnerships, maintaining client relationships, negotiating contracts, coordinating bookings, overseeing operations, and keeping up-to-date with market trends and competitor offerings.
Performing additional responsibilities as required to meet performance outcomes.
Skills and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
2+ years of proven experience in marketing roles, preferably in a similar industry.
Strong understanding of marketing principles, and strategies, with a track record of successful campaign management and execution.
Excellent interpersonal skills including written communication and presentation skills.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management, email marketing, content management systems and analytic tools.
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
Exceptional project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
Collaborative mindset with the ability to work well with a cross-functional team and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to work in a high-pressure and fast-paced environment whilst maintaining composure.
