AddressChandler Macleod is seeking a highly organised and proactive Resourcing Specialist to support a team of experienced Recruiters working on high-volume recruitment projects for a government agency. This is a 6-month contract with the possibility of extension. Sydney or Melbourne locations available.
About the role:
- Source and Talent Pool professionals within IT and Regulatory Environments.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and other databases.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by providing excellent customer service.
- Partner closely with recruiters to understand their talent needs and build thriving pipelines.
About you:
- Baseline Security Clearance or willingness to obtain.
- Proven candidate sourcing experience ideally within a government or Regulatory environment.
- Proficient with applicant tracking systems & Microsoft Office.
- Australian Citizenship is required for this role.
