We are looking for an energetic, enthusiastic, industrious Marketing Specialist to promote our advertising and marketing strategies. The primary focus will be to provide support on projects designed to maximise company profits, including the development of marketing strategies, handle social media platforms and run marketing campaigns successfully.
Keys Accountabilities:1. Develop and communicate marketing plans, campaign results and project recommendations to senior management team to enhance business sale2. Plan and execute initiatives to reach the target audience through appropriate channels (social media, e-mail, live broadcast etc.)3.
Analyses of marketing data, including campaign results, conversion rates, and online traffic in order to improve future marketing strategies and campaigns.4. Create and distribute monthly reports on critical metrics for lead generation, content creation, website traffic, and other KPIs5. Evaluating key performance metrics using web analytics and content management systems to determine the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and strategies and identify areas for improvement6.
Responsible for advertising promotional pricing, bonus promotions and offering special discount on mix servicesThe ideal candidate for our Marketing Specialist position is open to feedback, confident and calm under pressure, and self-motivated to complete tasks on a deadline with little supervision. A degree in marketing or business management with 2 years relevant experience or 6 years experience in the marketing field would be essential. Key Skills
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong knowledge of various marketing and analytics tools such as Marketo, Google Analytics, CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce), and content management systems
- Experience using analytics software.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
- Exceptional organisational skills with a keen eye for detail
