Medical Administration Assistant

Hand Works Occupational Therapy is an innovative and growing hand therapy service, with over 20 years of experience in hand and upper limb injury management. 

We are looking for an experienced Medical Administration Assistant, who is motivated with a can-do attitude to join our multi-clinic Allied Health practice. Primarily located in our “brand new” Duncraig clinic, this position would suit someone available 2 or 3 days per week (mid-week, 17-26 hours per week). This is a well supported part time role, within an inclusive, welcoming team orientated practice.

Essential Criteria:

• Recent and relevant experience in a medical admin/reception role;
• High level computer literacy, including Mac and Office 365;
• High level of interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills;
• Ability to successfully multi-task and provide efficient timely administrative support in a fast paced environment;
• Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively in a multi-clinic team environment;
• Ability to provide additional hours for other staff leave cover in other clinic locations.
