  The RoleAs a Medical Officer at El Questro you will be the primary contact and responder for medical issues and incidents, including relevant documentation and reporting.  You will be responsible for ordering, stocking and the general upkeep of medical supplies, equipment and facilities.  You will manage and enforce the medical, including COVID19, and emergency policy and procedure.

 Reporting to the Environment Manager, you will support emergency response as directed and in their absence.  You will communicate with staff on track and trial conditions, remote hikes and other safety requirements.    Your ExperienceYou will be a qualified paramedic, registered nurse or EMT with relevant industry experience.

 Prior emergency experience, particularly in a remote setting, will be highly regarded.  By bringing a high level of energy, self-motivation, decisiveness, initiative, flexibility, and attention to detail to Discovery Parks together with your naturally upbeat and open communication style will fit our cultural values. You will have a highly organised mindset, with the ability to assess the urgency of work allocated to you by various stakeholders whilst working closely with our established Management Team.
