Tasks & responsibilities
- Checking in patients upon arrival
- Conduct billing using Tyro, Medicare, DVA and private invoicing
- Accept and arrange telephone appointments
- Interpret, assess and manage patient enquires to achieve acceptable outcomes
- Receive electronic and hard-copy medical correspondence, and manage to ensure received and forwarded for further management
- Open and close clinic, ensuring secure integrity of the practice
- Undertake management of tasks as directed by doctors and other senior practice staff
- Work days and hours negotiable
