Our client, provides expert, personalised and specialisthealthcare services in Port Macquarie and Macleay, with a diverse team of Specialists, Clinical Technicians and Medical Administration professionals making up the team.  The Practice prides itself on providing all patients with an exceptional and affordable healthcare experience. The Practice operates from Port Macquarie’s central medical district, with state-of-the-art equipment and software system.

Are you their next Medical Administration/Reception Superstar that will feel inspired and appreciated living their values of teamwork, integrity, and trust? This critical healthcare environment is fast-paced and busy.  You will need to use your initiative, be unflappable in high-pressure situations, and be able to think on your feet.  Ideally, you will have Genie Software competency (however, this is not essential as training will be provided).  Whether you are an experienced Practice Administrator or an energetic receptionist with the right attitude, or even a junior with a bubbly personality, customer service ethic and attention to detail who is seeking a career opportunity in the medical administration field you are encouraged to apply.

Being such a busy Practice means that the leadership team understands that it’s important to have a balance between your professional and personal life to help manage your commitments and provide you with important down-time for your own wellbeing. 

The leadership team will have your back ensuring that admin work is distributed fairly and is completed efficiently so that everyone can enjoy work/life balance.

This opportunity is initially for a permanent part-time position (24 hours/week) however, there is the potential flexibility to move to 32 hours/week or to a full-time position as the position and Practice continue its growth trajectory.
