Form of workWe are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Medical Receptionist to join our friendly team in the Sydney CBD and work approximately 35-40 hours per week, Monday-Friday.
The successful candidate must be available weekdays between 7:15am-5:15pm and possess the following attributes:
- Highly organised and self-motivated
- Pleasant and helpful approach to customer service
- Excellent personal skills to build rapport with our patients
- Polished presentation
- Ability to work as both part of a close-knit team and autonomously while reporting to management
- High level of computer literacy
- Impeccable attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience working in busy environments and multi-tasking
- Must be flexible and able to pick-up additional shifts when required
Skills and experience looked upon favourably, otherwise training will be provided:
- Medical Director and Pracsoft software
- CPR Certificate
