Our busy clinic located in Coffs Harbour is seeking a Medical Receptionist. The role is part time, minimum 3-5 days per week rotating throughout the 2 clinics within Coffs Harbour, working Monday to Friday with shifts scheduled between the core hours of 7am-9pm.
What will you be doing:
Providing excellent customer service and patient care
Managing appointments to maximise customer service and clinic efficiency
Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with patients, referrers, staff and managers
Driving the delivery of high quality service to patients and referrers

Key selection criteria:
Previous medical reception experience (highly desirable)
Ability to multitask while using multiple computer systems
Demonstrated initiative and willingness to learn
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
