Duties and responsibilities
- Register patients on arrival
- Schedule appointments
- Answer phone calls
- Respond to emails
- Manage the practice database
- Invoice and provide receipts
- Prepare and send letters
- Perform end-of-day reconciliations and banking
- Order supplies
- Set up consulting rooms
