Our clinic requires a receptionist to replace a retiring member of our reception team. The successful applicant will need to be available to work two or three shifts (12 to 17 hours) per week which could include a shift in the morning or evening. Flexibility with work hours to cover staff leave would be an advantage. Must have Wednesday availability.
The role is primarily on our front desk as a receptionist but may also include a range of other duties including administrative support and sterilising instruments.
The successful applicant must have a strong customer focus, excellent communication skills with an empathetic manner. The role requires the ability to work well in a team in a fast-paced environment.
Computer skills would be an advantage.
Previous customer service experience would be useful and medical reception experience would be an advantage.
