We are seeking a customer focused and dedicated Medical Receptionist to work across our Caulfield, Camberwell, Collins Street, East Melbourne and Vic House-South Yarra clinics.
This role is a full time, permanent position working Monday to Friday, rotating shifts between 6am and 8.30pm. Weekend hours may be available but optional.
What will you be doing?
Be the first point of contact for patients at reception
Make appointments for multiple modalities (e.g. x-ray, MRI, ultrasound)
Providing excellent customer service and patient care
Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with patients, referrers, colleagues and managers

Ability to manage high volume, inbound calls
A keen eye for detail, ensuring nothing is missed
Proficiency in handling technology and managing multiple systems
