Key Responsibilities:

· Greeting patients and visitors with a warm and welcoming attitude

· Scheduling appointments and managing the appointment calendar efficiently

· Answering phone calls, addressing patient inquiries, and providing information as needed

· Updating patient records accurately and maintaining confidentiality

· Assisting physicians and other healthcare providers with administrative tasks

· Processing payments, verifying insurance information, and handling billing inquiries

· Ensuring the reception area is organised, clean, and conducive to a positive patient experience.

Requirements:

· Previous experience as a Medical Receptionist or in a similar administrative role is preferred.

· Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

· Excellent organisational abilities and attention to detail

· Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
