We are a very busy and well-regarded specialist surgical practice in Hornsby. We are seeking a mature minded, friendly and professional individual with a can do attitude, to join our friendly and hardworking team 3 days per week.
As the first point of contact you will be responsible for providing high level customer service and support to our patients and surgeons, whilst always maintaining confidentiality.
Duties include:
· Welcoming patients in a friendly and professional manner
· Answering phones, scheduling appointments and assisting patients with their enquiries
· Entering of patient information in practice management software (Genie), billing and receipting
· End of day reconciliation
· Handling of incoming and outgoing correspondence
· Other tasks as requested by the Practice Manager.
This role would suit individuals who enjoy patient contact, with good computer skills, and who thrives working as part of a team in a very busy environment.
