Lumus Imaging is excited to announce we are hiring Medical Receptionists for our brand new clinic in Jimboomba. This clinic is a comprehensive state of the art facility and will provide a full range of imaging services to this unique and beautiful community.
With the opening of this clinic our Medical Reception team will be growing, it's a great time to join us in this exciting new venture. In this brand new private clinic you will be the first point of contact for patients and practitioners, including setting up appointments, taking payments and managing phone enquiries.
This is a full time, permanent position working business hours from Monday to Friday.

You will be responsible for all reception duties including:
- Customer service and care including greeting patients at the front desk, taking, and directing incoming telephone calls
- Make radiology exam bookings
- General Clerical Duties
- Patient record management with exceptional data entry skills
- Liaising with other receptionist, referring doctors and other medical professionals in a courteous manner
- Medicare, DVA, Health fund and work cover billing and banking
