Medical Receptionist (Full time) - join the amazing team at Next Generation Occupational Medicine

Next Generation Occupational Medicine (NGOM) is pleased to invite applications for a full time Medical Receptionist position.

The practice has expanded and works across two sites – one in Rose Park and the other in the Hollywood Plaza Shopping Centre. NGOM is building the team to assist both busy Occupational Medicine practices. 

Next Generation Occupational Medicine is supported by a dedicated, professional and caring group of clinical and administrative professionals.  As the practice grows, so too does the need to increase the reception team’s capacity to deliver the high standard of care and service the practice is committed to providing.  

Our ideal candidate will have the following attributes:  

• Patient centred – focused on providing a personalised service to patients and families
• Proficient in the use of computer programs eg. Outlook, Microsoft Office, Excel etc.
• Experience in customer service and office environment is essential.
• Experience in practice software (ZedMed preferred) is preferred
• Working in a private medical specialist practice is preferred
• Exceptional customer service skills
• A can-do attitude and initiative
• A warm, friendly, respectful and professional manner
• Strong listening skills and the ability to proactively manage the workload
• Collaborative and cooperative within a team environment.
