Our busy clinic located in Wagga Wagga is seeking a Medical Receptionist/Accounts Receivable Officer. The role is a full time, permanent position working Monday to Friday with 7.6 hour shifts between the core hours of 7.15am and 8pm with optional weekend shifts.
What will you be doing:
- Providing excellent customer service and patient care
- Managing appointments to maximise customer service and clinic efficiency
- Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with patients, referrers, staff and managers
- Driving the delivery of high quality reception and contact centre services
- Relieving/assisting the accounts recievable officer when required completing invoicing and clinical coding

Key selection criteria:
- Previous Medical Receptionist and Accounts recievable experience (highly desirable)
- Ability to manage high volume, inbound calls, using multiple computer systems
- Demonstrated initiative and willingness to learn
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
