Position Overview

As receptionist, you will utilise your exceptional patient centric skills. As you will be the first point of contact for our patients, providing outstanding customer service is paramount. You will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations within our cosmetic clinic.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver a high standard of customer experience and exceptional patient care
• Execute operational process across the clinic
• Patient Imagining
• Support team of Doctors, Nurses, Dermal and Skin Laser Therapists 
• Stock and inventory management
• Retail product sales
• Administrative duties

About You:

• Proven experience in the cosmetic medicine industry or as Medical Receptionist is advantageous and will be held in high regard
• Compassionate and empathetic demeanour when interacting with patients.
• Excellent organisational abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Retail sales
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and schedules.
• Focused on customer service
