This busy medical centre is seeking extra administration and reception support, working as part of a team you will undertake a range of duties.
Key responsibilities:
· Meet and great incoming patients in a professional and efficient manner
· Handle telephone enquiries, book appointments and prioritise patient status
· Ensure CRM is maintained and accurate
· Maintain patient electronic files
· Process payments, scanning and mailing, check and balance daily transactions
Key Criteria:
· Must have at least 2 years Medical Reception/Practice experience
· Able to commit to a short term contract
· Willing to work a 5 day week including 1 weekend
· Extensive IT and Medical System technology skills
· Excellent telephone manner and well presented
· Team player, proactive, effective problem solver and strong time management
· Bilingual – mandarin speaking highly regarded though not essential
This temp position may lead to ongoing part time casual work for the right employee.
