Full Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Medical Receptionist to join our Ballan GP Clinic. The Medical Receptionist will provide general administrative support to Allied Health and General Practice teams. This role is responsible for providing a first and long-lasting impression for enquiries and appointments in our GP Clinic. Working closely with the GP Clinic’s manager, you will undertake reception and administration tasks which include data entry, billing, reception duties, supporting enquiries and answering phone calls.
What you bring:
- Demonstrated experience in providing administrative support
- Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills including experience liaising with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
- A strong commitment to providing high quality customer service and a genuine interest in the elderly.
- Strong skills in the use of Microsoft Office suite.
- Proactive approach to work and the ability to take initiative with tasks.
- High level of organisational skills
- Ability to maintain privacy and confidentiality.
