SalaryWe are seeking a casual receptionist to join our medical centre team at Our GP Spring Hill.
Our focus is on providing high quality health care and optimal patient service in a professional, caring and friendly environment. Training in all aspects of the available position will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meeting and greeting patients/clients in a professional and courteous manner
- Timely answering of telephones and handling general enquiries
- Preparation and collation of daily/weekly/monthly reports
- Scheduling and confirming patient appointments
- Preparing and receipting patient accounts
Experience & Attributes:
- Previous experience working with medicinal cannabis will be advantageous
- Experience with Best Practice software will also be beneficial
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- The ability to work well within a team
- Professional telephone manner
An understanding of medical ethics, specifically in relation to confidentiality, will also be necessary.
Shift times will be negotiated with the successful applicant upon commencement.
