As Medical Receptionist your key priority is to provide the best service and care to our patients.
Your day to day responsibilities will cover a wide range of patient services including managing appointments, speaking with practitioners, and ensuring the smooth running of face to face patient care. This is a permanent Full Time position, working 38 hours per week however we are open to recieving applications for 4 days per week or 30 hours as well. Your rostered days would be 7.5 hours at our Ballina clinic which is open Monday to Friday between 8am – 5pm.
The ideal candidate would have previous medical imaging reception experience; however we provide full training and are open to applicants with strong service and administration backgrounds.
