Growlife Medical is recruiting an Experienced Part-Time Medical receptionist with a passion for exceptional customer service and solid administration skills.
You will become integral to a supportive and proactive team that focuses on patient, family, and community care.
What we are looking for:
- Exceptional customer service and delivery of quality, compassionate service to health professionals and patients, in person and over the phone
- A well-developed, friendly, collegiate manner, with the ability to establish rapport quickly with our patients.
- Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive with an ability to problem-solve.
- Computer literacy and tech-savvy (competency in Best Practice, Medicare is highly desirable)
- Commitment and flexibility are essential.
- Ability to work required shifts following the opening hours of our three clinics: Weekdays 8am - 6pm
