An opportunity has become available for an enthusiastic Medical Receptionist/ Personal Assistant to join a fast paced modern practice. You will provide superior customer service and admin support.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Meeting and greeting of patients
- Booking appointments and procedures
- Management of all patient data, correspondence
- Invoicing and receipting of consultations
- Organising theatre lists
- Surgical quotations
- Utilising Clinic to Cloud software
- Drivers License to travel when required to other locations nearby
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Professional approach and exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to multi task and problem solve in a busy environment
- Knowledge of medical terminology
- Ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality
