About the role:

Experience of working in a GP practice is essential.

Competence in Best Practice software, Medicare billing and comfort working with basic IT/digital systems.
Managing patients bookings and billings for doctors and allied health. Supporting telehealth and face-to-face GP and allied health consultations.

Running busy email communication.
Customer-facing role, friendly communication style, caring for your doctors, working as a team and having fun together, when possible.

Professional growth and development are provided.

High level of command and written English is essential.

Fluent Chinese and/or Cantonese is a bonus.
