Mobi Healthcare is a well established multidisciplinary allied healthcare provider with a focus on delivering high quality physiotherapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, exercise physiology services. Our clinic is located in Bella Vista/Norwest. We are passionate about assisting clients to enhance their lives by delivering client centred services with a holistic approach to their health.
The successful applicant will be enthusiastic, quick thinking, have good attention to detail and be able to work both independently and in a team environment.
The role is 2-3 days a week 8:30am to 5:30pm with Hours/Days to be negotiated and increased over time.
This is a role that will be a stepping stone into a permanent part-time or full time post.
Role will include:
- Scheduling and diary management
- Managing client enquiries via phone and email
- Processing payments and accounts management
- Clinic upkeep and maintenance
Desireable skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Good use of technology to use with Practice Management/Intranet
- Client liaison experience in the health/disability industry
