We are a friendly, long established practice experiencing rapid growth and are seeking two energetic individuals to complement our fantastic team in the following roles:
Medical Receptionist
1 position
Part-Time/Full-time
As the face of the practice, you will be the first point of contact for all patients and visitors.
Key responsibilities:
Collecting and entering patient details.
Scheduling appointments.
Answering telephone calls and enquiries.
General administration duties.
Medicare billing.
About you:
Caring and compassionate.
Sound computer knowledge.
Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
High level of attention to detail.
Professional telephone manner and high level of communication skills.
Maintain a high level of confidentiality.
Previous Medical Reception experience is not essential but experience in a similar role would be advantageous.
Data Entry Clerk
1 position
Casual
Assisting Reception Team, Management Team and Doctor's/Nurse's with timely and accurate data entry.
Key Responsibilities:
Sorting of incoming and outgoing mail.
Scanning correspondence into Doctor’s files.
Uploading correspondence into patient files.
About you:
Sound computer knowledge.
High level of attention to detail.
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
Maintain a high level of confidentiality.
Ability to prioritise work load.
Previous Data Entry experience is not essential but experience in a similar role would be advantageous.
