SalaryLooking for a part time secretary for a busy specialist practice. Position is for every Friday - with possibility to cover other days as needed when other staff are on leave. Hours are 8.30 - 4.30 and the role is mainly as a support person to assist a more experienced secretary during a busy day in the week.
Duties include but not limited to taking phone-calls, booking appointments for consultations and surgery, taking payments and billing third parties such as Medicare and Health funds.
This is an in-person position, no work from home facility. It would suit a student or someone looking for some extra hours. Previous medical secretarial experience an advantage but not essential.
