We are looking for someone to play an integral role in our boutique plastic surgery practice consulting rooms based in the eastern/south eastern suburbs.
Reporting to the Practice Manager, you would be joining a team of warm capable, professional women in a role that involves providing customer service and administrative support to Bellatrix Plastic Surgeon, Practice Manager and patients
The Medical Secretary will contribute to the provision of the highest quality level of service in a manner consistent with Bellatrix Plastic Surgery mission and values.
Specific responsibilities will include and encompass the provision of information to patients relating to Surgeon’s appointments and charges, receive and receipt of patient payments, take and manage patient bookings, general administration, maintain a professional reception area, assist with Surgeon and Practice manager's administration tasks.
The successful applicants will have:
- Previous experience in Plastic Surgery or Private Medical specialist role
- Medical terminology experience
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Highly developed computer and telephone skills
- Strong organisational skills, flexible, self-motivated and friendly.
- Be familiar with Xestro medical software, MAC and Google diary.
